Hi Stephane -

On my DR1050 I mounted my R912S and WD 72" 3 blade fixed pitch prop 200mm further forwards than the 0-200 as it is 25kg lighter.
With that I could still only carry 70kg on the back seat within the rear CG limit.
Now with 4kg of steel in the spinner and a heavier starting battery and lighter Matco tailwheel, I can carry 85kg in the back.
I may fit a VP prop one day if I can afford it..
No problems with directional stability and the longer nose looks better to my eye. I have cowl moulds and a motor mount jig available.
I will be visiting Saucats next Thursday in GAWWO and staying a few days.
