Hi Kevin

I will ask at my air club at LFJR.

You could try the grass airfield "St Exupery" at Monpezat, SW France. See: -

Although mostly ULM (some of it non radio) the field has a few conventional light aircraft; hangarage is available, fuel (UL91) is on site, there is a restaurant (sometimes open) and accommodation on site. It's fairly remote from any large town, you would definitely need a transport.

It's run by Philippe Bucherat, very helpful and speaks good English.

Email me if you need any info not on their website.

Try contact gs aviation 00442672861515 airfield st secondin with hangar.

Avgas 1.75 eur/litre, no landing or parking fees.
